Cutting and cutting:
According to the design drawings, use a shearing machine or cutting machine to cut the board into the required size.
The cutting edge should be flat, without burrs or gaps.
Folding Forming:
Use a folding machine to fold the edges of the sheet into the desired angle, usually a 90 degree right angle.
The folding edge should be uniform and free of distortion to ensure accurate shape of the air duct.
Welding preparation:
Clean the welding area and remove impurities such as oil stains and rust.
Select appropriate welding materials and welding parameters based on the welding method.
Welding connection:
Docking welding: After connecting the air duct sections, weld them together. During welding, it should be ensured that the weld seam is smooth, free of defects such as porosity and slag inclusion.
Flange welding: Weld the flange at the end of the air duct, and the flange size and bolt hole position should meet the design requirements. When welding flanges, ensure that the flange is perpendicular to the air duct and the bolt holes are aligned.
Weld seam treatment:
After welding, polish the weld seam to remove welding slag and burrs.
Check the quality of the weld seam and promptly repair any defects.
Anti corrosion treatment (if necessary):
According to the usage environment, spray paint, galvanize or perform other anti-corrosion treatments on the air ducts.
The anti-corrosion treatment should be uniform and without omission to ensure the corrosion resistance of the air duct.
Assembly and Inspection:
Assemble the welded air duct sections and connect them into a complete air duct system.
Inspect the appearance of the assembled air duct to ensure no deformation or damage.
Conduct air leakage testing to ensure good sealing of the duct system.
