1、 Material preparation
Plate selection: Choose suitable metal plates based on the usage scenario and requirements, such as galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, etc. The thickness and quality of the board should meet the design requirements.
Tools and equipment: Prepare tools and materials such as CNC cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, common plate flange forming machines, biting machines, sealants, and reinforcements (if needed).
2、 Production process
Material cutting
Use a CNC cutting machine or plasma cutting machine to accurately cut the sheet according to the design requirements, ensuring accurate dimensions.
Common plate flange forming
Send the cut sheet metal into the common plate flange forming machine, and use mechanical pressing to bend and press the edges of the sheet metal into the shape of a common plate flange. The common flange and air duct sheet are integrally formed, reducing the use of connectors.
Bite connection
Align the common flange of two boards and connect them together using a biting machine or manual biting tool. The bite connection should be tight and firm to ensure the sealing of the air duct.
Sealing treatment
Apply sealant or install sealing gasket at the joint of the common flange to ensure the sealing performance of the joint. Sealing treatment is a key step in preventing air leakage and should be operated carefully.
Reinforcement treatment (if necessary)
For large-sized or high-pressure air ducts, reinforcement components such as angle steel, flat steel, etc. can be installed inside the ducts to improve their strength. The reinforcement component should be tightly connected to the duct panel to ensure the reinforcement effect.
